Application crash via malformed PICT heap corruption

Heap overflow in XnView MP 0.96.4 allows context-dependent attackers to crash the application by opening a crafted PICT file. The public crash trace shows corrupted heap state reaching RtlpLowFragHeapFree during deallocation, but it does not identify the parser operation that corrupts memory. A user must cause the application to open attacker-supplied PICT content; only an application crash is documented.
