Decoder crash via unchecked YUV buffer access

Heap buffer overflow in rockcarry ffjpeg through 2020-07-02 allows local users to crash the decoder with a crafted JPEG image. The jfif_decode routine uses unchecked offsets to derive U and V source pointers from yuv_datbuf, causing reads beyond an allocated heap buffer. Exploitation requires a user to decode the malicious file; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault and decoder termination.
