Stored XSS in PHP-Fusion 9.03.60 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through the Shoutbox Admin New Shout form. The form stores a submitted SVG script payload as a shoutbox message and renders the active markup without neutralizing it. Administrative access and subsequent viewing of the stored shout are required; the script then runs in the viewing user's PHP-Fusion origin.
