Unauthenticated command execution via PingTest pipe injection

Command injection in OPTILINK OP-XT71000N hardware V2.2 with firmware 3.3.1-191028 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands. The /diag_tracert_admin.asp handler fails to neutralize a pipe separator in the PingTest IP-ADDRESS value, causing appended text to execute as a command. Network access to the diagnostic page is sufficient; no login or user interaction is required, and successful injection grants command execution on the appliance.
