Stored script execution via unfiltered ticket fields

Stored XSS in UltimateKode Neo Billing 3.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject script through support tickets. The ticket-addition flow stores unfiltered Subject or Description content and renders it in ticket lists or ticket threads. A regular customer account can plant the payload, but another user must view the stored ticket before JavaScript executes in that user's browser.
