Browser script execution via unencoded node configuration

Cross-site scripting in Selenium Grid 3.141.59 allows remote attackers to execute script in a console viewer's browser via a malicious node. The Grid hub accepts the node's attacker-controlled hub configuration value and renders it in /grid/console without HTML encoding. Exploitation requires registering a crafted node and a user to open the hub console; script then runs in that user's browser context.
