Account validation bypass via PHP loose comparison

Incorrect comparison in osCommerce 2.3.4.1 allows remote attackers to bypass username and password rechecks with magic strings. The affected account and administrator workflows use PHP's loose equality operator, which treats different numeric-looking strings such as 0e11111 and 0e22222 as equal. Supplying these values during account creation, password reset, or administrator operations lets a mismatched confirmation value pass validation.
