Password confirmation bypass via loose comparison

Incorrect password comparison in WeBid 1.2.2 allows remote attackers to complete registration with two non-identical passwords. In admin/newuser.php, the password-confirmation check uses PHP loose equality, so distinct numeric-looking strings such as 0e values compare as equal. The endpoint accepts the mismatched pair and continues account creation using the first supplied password; no broader privilege or data impact is established.
