Broken access control in MV IDCE 1.0 allows remote attackers to read sensitive patient and user data through exposed ASPX pages. The Medicos.aspx and SegUsuario.aspx endpoints query the database and return records without enforcing authentication or authorization. Network access to the IDCE web application is sufficient to disclose names, usernames, birth dates, CRM numbers, and CPF numbers.
