Process crash via unchecked ARP address offsets

Heap-buffer overflow in Tcpreplay 4.3.2 allows local users to crash tcpreplay-edit by processing a crafted PCAP file. randomize_iparp calculates ARP address locations from packet-controlled ar_hln and ar_pln values without ensuring that the resulting four-byte access remains inside the captured packet buffer. A user must run tcpreplay-edit with IP-address randomization against the malicious capture; the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
