Stored script execution via unencoded campaign input

Stored XSS in phpList 3.5.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute browser scripts via a crafted campaign test recipient. The Send a Campaign workflow renders the “to email address(es)” value on the next step without HTML entity encoding, allowing an SVG onload handler to run. An authenticated panel account must save the payload and another user must load the affected campaign page; execution is limited to that user's browser context.
