Stored script execution via unencoded registration setting

Stored XSS in PHP-Fusion 9.03.60 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers through Registration settings. The settings handler stores the Registration field and later renders it on the Terms of Agreement page without sufficient output encoding. An authenticated user must save the payload, and another user must open the registration terms before the script runs in that user's browser.
