Account impersonation via persistent logged-out sessions

Authentication bypass in PHP-Fusion 9.03.50 allows attackers to impersonate logged-out users by replaying captured session cookies. The logout path leaves the server-side session valid, so reimporting the previously issued cookie restores access to the account. Possession of a victim's session cookie is required, after which account data can be accessed and edited with the victim's permissions.
