Memory disclosure and crash via out-of-bounds read

Buffer overflow in libheif 1.6.2 allows attackers to disclose memory or crash an image-processing application via a crafted HEIF file. Op_YCbCr420_to_RRGGBBaa::convert_colorspace reads two bytes beyond an allocated heap plane while converting the malformed image. A user or application must decode the file; exploitation can expose adjacent heap data or abort the process.
