Unquoted service path in Windscribe 1.83 Build 20 allows local users to gain SYSTEM privileges through WindscribeService. WindscribeService runs as LocalSystem while allowing any authenticated user to replace its binary path with a command that executes when the service restarts. Local access to an authenticated Windows account is required; successful exploitation grants local administrator membership and interrupts the service start.
