Unrestricted file upload in Codoforum 4.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through a crafted category icon. The Add Category icon handler accepts a PHP shell as an image and leaves it reachable through the category icon URL. Administrator access is required; requesting the uploaded icon executes the file with the web server process privileges and exposes accessible data.
