Process crash via unchecked decoder configuration

NULL pointer dereference in GPAC 0.8 allows local users to crash MP4Box by processing a crafted file during DASH segmentation. The gf_dash_segmenter_probe_input function checks esd but reads esd->decoderConfig->objectTypeIndication without verifying that decoderConfig is non-null. A local user must invoke MP4Box with DASH segmentation on the crafted input; the resulting invalid read terminates the MP4Box process.
