Unauthenticated database read via unfiltered genre parameter

SQL injection in phpCMS 2008 SP4 allows remote attackers to read database data through the genre parameter in yp/job.php. The endpoint passes the doubly URL-encoded genre value into an SQL command without filtering, and the published request uses a nested query to extract a member username. No authentication or user interaction is required; a network request to the applylist action reaches the vulnerable query.
