Unauthenticated record disclosure via flawed session check

Missing authorization in PHPGurukul Hospital Management System 4.0 allows remote attackers to read patient and appointment data. A failed login stores the supplied username in the session, while check_login tests only whether that value is nonempty and admin pages omit role checks. An unauthenticated request can therefore create a nominal session and read appointment history and user records without valid credentials.
