Stored XSS in FUEL CMS 1.4.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through page title and metadata fields. The Pages function stores the title, meta description, and meta keywords without neutralizing active content, then renders the values on the front page. An authenticated user with Pages editing access must save a crafted value, and another user must view the affected page, allowing script execution in that viewer's browser.
