Unrestricted file upload in FUEL CMS 1.4.6 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by uploading and extracting a crafted ZIP archive. The Assets upload function extracts an archive containing a PHP file into web-accessible storage without rejecting the dangerous file type. No authentication or user interaction is required, and requesting the extracted PHP file executes its commands on the server.
