Local system reboot via permissive driver device access

Improper access control in EVGA Precision XOC 6.2.7 allows local users to access hardware through its low-level drivers. WinRin0x64.sys and WinRing0.sys keep the default device security descriptor, so a nonprivileged process can open WinRing0_1_2_0 and send port-I/O controls. A demonstrated local call writes the keyboard-controller reset port and immediately reboots Windows, while the record also identifies exposure of sensitive components and data.
