Memory corruption via unchecked crossfade input length

Heap buffer overflow in FFmpeg 4.2's acrossfade audio filter allows remote attackers to corrupt memory through crafted audio input. The activate function starts crossfade_samples_fltp after checking only the second input queue, so it processes the configured sample count even when the first input has fewer samples. Processing the crafted media requires user interaction, and the resulting out-of-bounds write can crash the FFmpeg process or corrupt its memory.
