Memory corruption via unchecked short-frame row copies

Heap-based buffer overflow in FFmpeg 4.2's edgedetect filter allows remote attackers to corrupt memory through a crafted video frame. The gaussian_blur function unconditionally copies up to four image rows even when the supplied frame has fewer rows, advancing source and destination pointers beyond their allocated buffers. The crafted input must be processed with the edgedetect filter; the documented consequence is heap memory corruption, with process failure possible.
