Crash via unchecked VMAF frame dimensions

Buffer overflow in FFmpeg 4.2 allows remote attackers to crash media processing through a crafted video handled by the VMAF motion filter. The initializer accepts frames smaller than three pixels in either dimension, letting convolution_y_10bit access beyond its working array. Processing a crafted 10-bit video with the VMAF motion filter is required; the published impact is a crash, not data disclosure or modification.
