Credential ID disclosure via unchecked form methods

Incorrect authorization in Jenkins Amazon EC2 Plugin 1.50.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to enumerate credential IDs. Form-related credential selector methods return applicable stored credential identifiers without enforcing Overall/Administer permission. Overall/Read access is sufficient; the IDs do not reveal secret values directly but can support credential capture through another flaw.
