Published Jul 28, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
Cross-site scripting in TideSec WDScanner 1.1 allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser through the system management page. The index.php request c=new&m=set accepts the mail POST field without neutralizing script content before the page processes it as active content. Exploitation requires a victim to load the affected management content; execution remains confined to the victim's browser context.
