Secret extraction and SSRF via XML external entities

XXE in Jenkins Parasoft Findings Plugin 10.4.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract controller secrets via crafted XML. The Parasoft Findings report parser accepts attacker-controlled input files while leaving XML external-entity resolution enabled. Control of a parser input file is required; a crafted external entity can read controller-held secrets or induce server-side requests.
