Stored script execution via unneutralized title input

Stored XSS in /member-vipcenter.htm in JEECMS X 1.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in another user's browser. The title field accepts an SVG onload payload during content contribution and stores it without neutralization, then executes it when the page is refreshed. Low-privileged access is required to submit the payload, and a victim must load the stored page, exposing browser-held tokens and cookies to script access.
