Crash via null-pointer read in extractStreams

Denial of service in Ogg Video Tools 0.9.1 allows attackers to crash oggLength by opening a crafted Ogg file. In StreamSerializer::extractStreams, malformed stream processing reaches line 163 and performs an invalid eight-byte read through a null address. Execution requires a local user to open the supplied file with oggLength; the observed consequence is termination by SIGSEGV, not data disclosure or modification.
