Converter crash via unchecked fill-color array index

Global buffer overflow in fig2dev 3.2.7b allows attackers to crash the converter by processing a crafted Xfig file as GE output. The set_fill function in genge.c uses the file-controlled fill-color value, plus one, as an index into the fixed GE_COLORS global array without validating its bounds. Exploitation requires a user or local workflow to invoke GE conversion on the crafted file and interrupts only that command-line process.
