Cleartext transmission in Jenkins Sonar Quality Gates Plugin 1.3.1 and earlier allows attackers to obtain configured credentials. The global Jenkins configuration form sends credentials to the browser as plaintext even though org.quality.gates.jenkins.plugin.GlobalConfig.xml encrypts them at rest. Exposure requires access to the form or client-side access through a browser extension, cross-site scripting flaw, or similar condition.
