Stored credential capture via unprotected SSH validation

Missing authorization in Jenkins Mac Plugin 1.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disclose stored SSH credentials. Its SSH form-validation method accepts an attacker-chosen host and credential ID, then initiates a connection without checking Overall/Administer permission. Overall/Read access and knowledge of a credential ID are sufficient to direct the credential to an attacker-controlled SSH server.
