Unrestricted file upload in Uniview ISC2500-S allows remote attackers to upload malicious code through its device-management interface. The /Interface/DevManage/EC.php handler accepts cmd=upload requests containing executable content without restricting dangerous file types. No authentication or user interaction is required; public sources do not identify the uploaded code's execution path or resulting process privileges.
