Stored XSS in Jenkins Timestamper Plugin 1.11.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in viewers' browsers. The timestamp-display path inserts administrator-controlled HTML formatting into build console output without escaping or sanitizing it. Overall/Administer permission is required to store the format, and script runs only when another user views the affected console output.
