Cross-site request forgery in EC Cloud E-Commerce System 1.3 allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts via an administrator's browser. The user-add endpoint accepts a cross-origin multipart POST containing attacker-chosen credentials and role_id=1. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to open the crafted page, after which the new account gains administrator access.
