Intranet port discovery via unrestricted database connections

Server-side request forgery in UReport2 Console 2.2.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to detect open ports on intranet devices. The designer's database connection test accepts an attacker-supplied destination and makes the server connect without restricting the target address. No login is required; differences between connection-failure responses expose whether a selected internal database port is open.
