Service crash via malformed PSD RLE data

Out-of-bounds read in libsixel before 1.8.5 allows attackers to crash image conversion by supplying a crafted PSD file. The stbi__psd_decode_rle function trusts a PSD-derived pixel count and continues reading RLE bytes after the input is exhausted, producing an invalid memory access. A user or consuming service must process the file; the demonstrated consequence is termination of the affected process, not data disclosure or modification.
