Published Jun 24, 2022 · Updated Jul 9, 2026

The luminati_net_updater_win_eagleget_com service grants Everyone write access to its configuration, allowing an unprivileged account to replace the binary path before starting the LocalSystem service. Any authenticated non-administrative local account can use the service to run commands with SYSTEM privileges, including creating an administrator account.
