Arbitrary file upload in LJCMS 4.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via the move_uploaded_file() function. The upload handler moves attacker-supplied files without restricting dangerous executable types, leaving uploaded code available for server-side execution. Network access to the upload endpoint is required, and successful exploitation can compromise the web application with code execution.
