Attacker-directed connections via unprotected form validation

Cross-site request forgery in Jenkins Amazon EC2 Plugin 1.47 and earlier allows remote attackers to make Jenkins connect to a chosen URL. The affected form-validation methods accept GET requests without requiring POST, enabling a crafted cross-origin request to supply an AWS-region URL and credentials ID. A logged-in Jenkins user's interaction and a valid credentials ID obtained separately are required; the confirmed result is an outbound connection.
