Application crash via zero chroma-plane dimensions

Divide by zero in FFmpeg 4.2.1 lenscorrection filter allows remote attackers to crash media-processing applications via crafted video. The filter_frame function computes subsampled chroma-plane width and height with truncating division, so a narrow frame can yield a zero dimension used by later lens-correction arithmetic. Processing attacker-supplied video with the lenscorrection filter and user interaction is required; the bounded demonstrated consequence is an application crash.
