Unauthenticated database inference via country field

Time-based blind SQL injection in FlameCMS 3.3.5 allows remote attackers to infer database data through the registration endpoint. The /account/register.php handler sends the untrusted country form value into an SQL query, allowing an injected conditional SLEEP expression to control response timing. No account is required, and each probe needs a new email address; successful exploitation reveals query results through timing rather than response content.
