Authenticated code execution via traversable file path

Arbitrary file upload in Pluck CMS 4.7.10-dev1 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through the language editor. The language.php save_file() path accepts a traversal-bearing cont1 filename and writes attacker-controlled content into the web-accessible images directory. An administrator password is required; successful exploitation runs the written PHP with the web server's privileges and permits host command execution.
