Stored cross-site scripting in S-CMS PHP 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. The Basic Settings copyright field accepts and stores an HTML payload without neutralizing it before the value is rendered on public site pages. Administrative access is required to plant the payload, and execution occurs when any user visits an affected page.
