Remote code execution in S-CMS PHP 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through the administration interface. The /1.com.php Website Safety document manager lets an administrator overwrite PHP documents with attacker-supplied server-side code. Administrative access is required; the saved code functions as a web shell and grants control of the web server.
