Client crash via COTP payload buffer overflow

Heap buffer overflow in libiec_iccp_mod 1.5 allows remote attackers to crash an MMS client via a crafted server response. The COTP parseIncomingMessage path passes an out-of-bounds destination to Socket_read while accumulating inbound payload data. Exploitation requires the client to connect to an attacker-controlled MMS endpoint; the demonstrated consequence is a client-process crash.
