Database disclosure via unfiltered sort parameter
Published Jun 21, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
SQL injection in White Shark System 1.3.2 allows remote attackers to read sensitive database data through a crafted sort parameter. In control_task.php, control_project.php, and default_user.php, GetSQLValueString returns the attacker-controlled sort value without processing before it enters a database query. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated result is database-account disclosure rather than data modification or service interruption.
