Article creation via forged administrative POST requests

Cross-site request forgery in WTCMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to add articles by inducing an administrator to submit a crafted request. The administrative nav add_post endpoint accepts attacker-chosen article and navigation fields in a POST request without a request-bound anti-CSRF token. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator's browser to submit the forged form, after which the attacker-controlled article is added to the site.
