Database disclosure via unquoted F_id SQL concatenation

SQL injection in S-CMS 1.0 allows remote attackers to read sensitive database information through the form-add-menu action. In 4.edu.php/conn/function.php, the form_addmenu branch concatenates the request-controlled F_id value without quoting into a mysqli INSERT statement, enabling time-based blind SQL queries. The proof of concept sends administrator cookies, although NVD rates the flaw as requiring no privileges; the demonstrated consequence is database disclosure.
